Workplace & People Coordinator
Ready to own the people and workplace experience at Bruce Studios? You bring sharp coordination, solid processes, and the initiative to make things happen.
Bruce Studios is on a mission to redefine how people train, recover, and feel good – every day. We believe that every way to move is a good way to move.
With thousands of members and over 1,000 partner studios across the Nordics, we offer the most flexible way to stay active and well. And we’re just getting started.
We’re now looking for a Workplace & People Coordinator to join our Operation team in Stockholm HQ.
Your mission
As Workplace & People Coordinator, your mission is to make Bruce Studios an inspiring, structured, and engaging place to work – across all our Nordic markets.
You’ll make sure everything around our people runs smoothly: from recruitment, onboarding and HR processes to office experience and team culture.
This is an operational role where recruitment coordination, HR administration, and office management are the core. You'll often need to identify what needs to be done before anyone asks you to do it, and then own it and run the project end-to-end. You'll also be the connective tissue that keeps the organization informed: proactively communicating what's happening, what's changing, and what people need to know – without waiting to be asked.
You'll report to the COO and collaborate closely with managers and teams across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
What you´ll do
Take ownership of the Stockholm office – keeping it structured, welcoming, and full of energy, while handling suppliers, purchases, and practical administration
Coordinate and administer people processes – from recruitment and onboarding to HR documentation and day-to-day operations
Identify gaps in how we work with people and workplace – and take initiative to design, propose, and drive improvements from idea to execution
Ensure a smooth employee experience by keeping HR systems, accounts, policies, and records organized and up to date across markets
Support teams in Oslo and Copenhagen with office and workplace coordination
Plan and execute internal events, offsites, and initiatives that bring people together and strengthen culture
Coordinate internal communication – information, newsletters, all-hands meetings, and leadership updates – to keep everyone aligned and informed
Drive wellbeing and engagement initiatives that reflect Bruce Studios’ culture of movement and connection
Act as a trusted partner to the COO and managers on engagement, organization, and team development topics
What we want you to bring
We’re looking for someone structured, proactive, and people-oriented – someone who loves creating structure, building relationships, and making things run smoothly. You take ownership without reminders, communicate before anyone has to ask, and thrive in an environment where the work isn't always predefined.
Experience & skills:
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, office management, HR coordination or a similar operational people role
Proven ability to run processes independently – you don't wait for a brief to get started
Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you keep many things moving in parallel without dropping the ball
A natural communicator who keeps people in the loop, not because you're asked to, but because you understand why it matters
Experience with Google Workspace, Teamtailor and Simployer is a plus
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Interest in fitness, wellness, or healthy lifestyles is a big plus
