Head of B2B to Bruce Studios

We're looking for a Head of B2B to own and grow Bruce Studios' B2B business from early traction to real scale. This role is located at our HQ at Kungsgatan in Stockholm.
Your mission
As Head of B2B, your mission is to turn Bruce Studios' B2B arm into a thriving growth engine. You'll own the full commercial scope, from sales and P&L to go-to-market and team build – with the foundation already in place: a first version of Aspire Health Hub live, and unique B2B memberships in development.
You’ll own a broad scope across our entire B2B business. You’re energized by the combination of selling, leading, and building a team, and thrive in a role where you can shape both strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with the CEO in a tight collaboration around direction and priorities.
What you´ll do
B2B Sales & P&L: Own budget, pricing, and profitability. Lead and coach the B2B Sales Executive and build the sales team over time. Drive pipeline through both direct sales and AI-powered outreach. Report regularly to CEO on forecast and commercial performance.
Strategic Growth: Drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate B2B growth: new channels, partnerships, and experiments in collaboration with the Growth team. You may also lead cross-functional projects at Bond Health Group level.
B2B Marketing & Go-to-Market: Own the B2B GTM strategy, including industry events, client activation, and social selling and content on LinkedIn. Ensure alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Growth.
Aspire Health Hub: Act as primary commercial stakeholder for Aspire, our B2B corporate wellness platform. Translate customer and sales insights into product requirements in close collaboration with Product Manager for Aspire and the Product/Tech team.
B2B Supply: Work with the Partner team to build and curate the studio and activity offering that makes Aspire relevant and competitive for corporate clients.
What we want you to bring
We're looking for a commercially hungry, hself-driven leader who thrives in an end-to-end ownership role – someone who builds structure, drives the agenda, and finds energy in making things happen from scratch.
Experience & background:
4–7 years in B2B commercial roles – sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy
Proven track record of owning a number and delivering against it
Experience building and scaling an area end-to-end, ideally has both built from scratch and optimized existing
Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus
Strongly meriting:
Experience selling to HR functions
Background from fitness/wellness aggregators
Experience from HR-tech or benefits platforms
B2B SaaS or platform experience
Background from commercial advisory roles
As a person, you are commercially sharp – you know how to sell, prioritize, and close. You're a natural communicator who can win over both clients and internal stakeholders, and you're equally at home building the process from scratch as you are moving fast. You thrive in a close feedback loop with leadership: you take input, iterate, and still drive the agenda forward. Early-stage environments energize rather than intimidate you – you want real ownership and the chance to see your impact directly.
