Bruce Studios is on a mission to redefine how people train, recover, and feel good – every day. To help us keep growing and supporting our amazing community, we’re now looking for a committed and reliable team member to join our support team.
This is an hourly-based, remote role focused on evenings and weekends, perfect for someone looking for a long-term collaboration that fits around other work, studies, or personal projects.
What you´ll do
Provide first-line support for our members in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
Advise members on our different membership options
Handle incoming questions and issues efficiently by offering helpful, solution-oriented responses
Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app
Support the team with various administrative tasks

A quick learner who can handle multiple systems and conversations at once

Flexible, service-minded, and genuinely enjoys helping others
A natural problem solver
Comfortable doing calculations
Fluent in English and Swedish – bonus if you speak Norwegian, or Danish aswell
Citizen of Sweden
