We’re now looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our Management Team and lead Bruce Studios’ growth journey across the Nordics.
Your mission
As Chief Growth Officer, your mission is to drive Bruce Studios’ growth by combining brand leadership with data-driven execution. You’ll own the full funnel – from awareness and emotional engagement in the training and wellness space to conversion and long-term retention in our subscription app.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape the future of Bruce Studios’ brand, growth engine, and commercial impact across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and be part of the Management Team, collaborating closely with Product, Partner, and Operations to deliver on our long-term growth ambitions.
What you´ll do
- Top-of-Funnel Growth: Drive awareness and preference through creative and cost-efficient brand-building activities, including guerrilla marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and community engagement.
- Brand Leadership: Position Bruce Studios as the leading lifestyle and wellbeing brand in the Nordics. Develop impactful brand campaigns, creative storytelling, and partnerships within the training & health sector.
- Full-Funnel & Retention Ownership: Design and execute strategies that move audiences from awareness to app conversion and long-term retention, ensuring seamless integration of brand, performance marketing, and lifecycle management.
- Performance & Acquisition: Build scalable acquisition models across paid and owned channels, optimizing CAC and LTV (Shared with Product)
- Segment Activation: Tailor strategies for priority customer segments
- Go-to-Market: Lead GTM strategies for new product launches and pricing models across the Nordics.
- AI & MarTech: Implement AI-driven insights, automation, and attribution tools to optimize growth.
- Nordic Expansion: Drive localized execution in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, ensuring brand consistency and growth scalability.
- Leadership: Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team (brand, performance, CRM and creative).
- Executive Team: Contribute to company-wide strategy and decision-making.
What we want you to bring
We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic, and creative growth leader – someone who knows how to connect brand, performance, and product to build love and scale sustainably.
Experience & background:
- 8–12 years of experience in senior marketing or growth roles, ideally combining brand-building and performance marketing.
- Proven experience scaling a digital or app-based subscription business.
- Background within the fitness, health, wellness, or lifestyle sector.
- Track record of driving growth and leading campaigns across multiple Nordic markets.
- Academic degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
Skills & mindset:
- Deep expertise across the full funnel – from brand awareness and acquisition to retention and loyalty.
- Strong brand strategy and storytelling skills, with a creative mindset for designing impactful campaigns.
- Proven ability to leverage data, automation, and AI tools to optimize growth and performance.
- Hands-on knowledge of paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and MarTech systems.
- Excellent leadership skills – able to build, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- A collaborative, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset – with a passion for lifestyle and wellbeing.
