Your mission
Are you passionate about helping people and delivering great service in a fast-paced environment? To help us keep growing and supporting our amazing community, we’re now looking for two committed and driven team members to join our support team.
These part-time (50%) roles are split between two daytime shifts; one person will cover the morning shift, and the other the afternoon shift. We’re looking for individuals who are interested in a long-term collaboration and who have another ongoing commitment, such as work, studies or personal projects, that they’d like to combine with this role.
What you´ll do
- First line support for our members in Sweden, Norway and Denmark
- Advise members on our different membership options
- Handle incoming questions and issues efficiently by offering helpful, solution-oriented responses
- Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app
- Support the team with various administrative tasks

- Quick learner who can manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
- Thrives in a high-paced environment and is confident handling a high volume of member interactions without compromising on quality
- Flexible, service-minded, and genuinely enjoys helping others
- Problem solver
- Comfortable doing basic calculations
- Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) – bonus if you speak two.
